Sketchavember is upon us. What is this you may ask? It's kind of the visual equivilent to NaNoWriMo. Instead of aiming for so many words written during the month of November, you aim to do a sketch every day. If you wish to follow my Sketchavember progress, you may zip over to my Tumblr (nightambre.tumblr.com) and check it out. I may set up a new Tumblr, though just for strictly art concerns. NOt sure yet!
As you've noticed from my recent uploads, I was a sketch-card artist for the recently released Marvel Universe 2011 cardset. I've never had so much fun ebay searching my own name before! er, um. Anyway, back on track. One of the perks I get are Artist Proofs. These are essentially the uncut stock you get to do the cards on. However, you're able to draw whatever (as long as they adhere to the guidelines) upon them. I plan on trying to sell most of the proofs (I'm thinking about holding one for myself), so... If you're a Marvel fan, and want a 4x5 Marker Piece hit me up with a note. We can talk.
