Nice shading on the clothes, skin and hair... gives a good rendering to the character, making her look more present against the background. Her mouth and nose look a little bit odd though - maybe sort of 'flat'? And I'm not at ease with the background gradient, but I think that's just me, cause I've never liked the 'cross shape' ^_^
