For the Naruto Memorial Project.

I was lucky enough to get Yondaime in my random assignment. I put his name on the list as a joke, figuring I wouldn't get it, and lo and behold, I did (and was the first, to my understanding. I"m still tickled about that. Watch me dance with glee!). So, ever since this thing started, I stressed and stressed and pulled my hair out because of who he is, I wanted to do him some justice. And I surprised myself with how quickly this picture turned out once I got around to /doing/ it, and I'm halfway proud of it (those who know me know I hate my art).

Yondaime is the Hokage who defeated, and sealed the Kyuubi. I find him fascinating because here's this guy who has this huge role in Naruto's backstory (and an uncanny resemblance to Naruto himself) yet we know next to nothing about him. Anyway, very simple pose here. I was going to put the village down there, but after some attempts at doing a bird's eye view of rooftops I ran screaming, and once I finished with being scared and intimidated to death by it, I came back and slapped some wooded hill/mountain things.

I love my sky. >D

Wonderful picture and description by you. Have you ever noticed that we really don't know anything about Naruto either? I'm semi-surprised the show just isn't called "SASUKE" because everyone in the series is obsessed with him to some point while Naruto is just the after thought.

Yondaime-ness! He's one of the most influentail characters yet he's surrounded in mystery. We'll get to know more behind the man eventually ~^ Love the artwork and scenery :D

Hee... Yes, I'm very, very well aware of that theory. I even felt the similarities in looks were highly uncanny when I first saw Yondy.

But, alas, it hasn't been confirmed, so it's still a theory. ;)
